I’ve never been to a 5-star restaurant and only seen one item and one drink on the menu. There’s steak, chicken and vegetarian options to cater to each different individuals’ different needs. Real Estate is the same. There’s Independent agencies, franchise agencies, private sale; The list goes on and on and on, but which one is right for you? Here we tackle some key points to consider when looking to sell or lease your property:

INDIVIDUAL AGENT EXPERIENCE

Regardless of a particular agencies’ size and market scope, it all comes down to one thing; how good is the particular agent? Individual negotiation skills will always reign supreme, and no agency name guarantees you the best price on your property. A good agent, however will always come close. Utilizing modern technology means more buyers & potential tenants through your door, you can’t really go wrong!
