Mt Gravatt Bowls Club

Stellario has been an active sponsor of the Mt Gravatt Bowls Club for nearly 2 years.  We regularly attend event days as part of our sponsorship in support both men and women players.  We are very proud of this sponsorship. Lucky has previously worked in aged care and helping and supoorting seniors is a strong passion of hers.

Southside Chamber of Commerce

Although this organisation focuses on local businesses and related activities, we  find it incredibly important to participate as it complements our community activities. Through the Southside Chamber of Commerce, we ensure that we are in regular contact with important community members such as our local parliament member Ian Walker, as well such as banks, employment agencies, brokers, conveyancing lawyers and tradies. Through these contacts, we always have the perfect person to refer our clients to as needed.

Meals on Wheels

Lucky and members of Stellario’s team have been volunteers of Meals on Wheels for many years, and had encouraged her staff to join.  Stellario actively supports Mt Gravatt Meals on Wheels. Meals on Wheels is an important community service, for many elderly or disabled people, having fresh meals delivered daily saves them a lot of time and money.

Neighborhood Watch

Of course, what we do here at Stellario is mostly about your Home!  So it makes sense that Stellario sponsors those who help keep your homes safe, the local Neighborhood Watch.  Stellario is active sponsors of the Mansfield and Mackenzie NHW and we attend many community organised by these groups.

Local Schools

Stellario are proud sponsors of multiple local schools in Wishart and Mansfield.  In the past we have sponsored the Wishart State School homework diary, the Mansfield State School twilight markets and the St Catherine’s  Fete Day.

I needed to change my life. I needed to sell my property at Dunmore Terrace...and I got Lucky!

Hovering between agents' opinions on bathroom add-ons, painting or a quick sale at lower market price, I met Lucky (the proprietor of Stellario Realty Group).

The air fairly crackled with her enthusiasm, positive energy. "This is it and SHE is the one" I said to myself...and she was.

What Lucky said: "Don't spend money. Your property has position, value and potential. But you need to take out all the clutter and let the apartment speak for itself. This will help me to achieve the best possible highest price that you are expecting".

What we did together: We bid goodbye to curtains, ageing furniture and cushions. Said hello to light filled simplified rooms. What a personality change! A few days later, Lucky asked me: "Hey Anne, want to sign a contract?".

My advice to other sellers? For positive results, get Lucky.
