I needed to change my life. I needed to sell my property at Dunmore Terrace...and I got Lucky!

Hovering between agents' opinions on bathroom add-ons, painting or a quick sale at lower market price, I met Lucky (the proprietor of Stellario Realty Group).

The air fairly crackled with her enthusiasm, positive energy. "This is it and SHE is the one" I said to myself...and she was.

What Lucky said: "Don't spend money. Your property has position, value and potential. But you need to take out all the clutter and let the apartment speak for itself. This will help me to achieve the best possible highest price that you are expecting".

What we did together: We bid goodbye to curtains, ageing furniture and cushions. Said hello to light filled simplified rooms. What a personality change! A few days later, Lucky asked me: "Hey Anne, want to sign a contract?".

My advice to other sellers? For positive results, get Lucky.
